Friday, May 8, 2009 Y 10:51 PM   BORING!! Went school as per normal. And guess what! I felt like fool man. Just go to school for like half an hour and then finish school di. Damn, my Malay & Tamil girls aren't at school, feeling damn awkward. Anway, ended at 0825. I walked to Khidir's house with Stanley. He still thought of going to AMK hub. Dots, also haven't open yet. Damn, we had to run cause it started to rain and his "LV" bag very expensive, know? Cannot get wet. HEHE! So nice just get to be with BABY!!! Well, as usual, we talk a lot once we get together at his house. Afterwards, i studied awhile before i fell asleep, he slept first. Took him so long to wake up every time luh. :) Got to go out for awhile and he had to be home by 6pm. He go his religious class. Now i'm waiting for his call! Lovelove. Ouh yea!! I got to watch "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein". It was damn nice alright. It is a Gothic horrifying show!! It is scary and sad sia. I almost cry at e end. I want to go hunt for e story book di:). Anyway, there is "Helena Bonham Carter"   . Her show quite nice! She also acted in "Charlie and e Chocolate Factory", "Harry Potter" and "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street"   and i'm reading the book:) I LOVE IT!! So ppl, watch those show alright! The movie is one of the most faithful adaptations of the book, and one of the few to actually follow the novel's plot and characterizations. Among the deviations from the original book is the creation of the monster bride. In the book, the Creature asks Victor Frankenstein to fashion a monster woman for him. He reluctantly agrees, but destroys the creature right before he is about to breathe life into it. However, in the film he goes through with his plan only after the monster murders Elizabeth on their wedding night by thrusting his hand into her chest and ripping out her heart. Victor then takes Elizabeth's body back to his laboratory, where he attaches her head to the exhumed body of Justine, the nanny. He then galvanizes this "new" body and brings Elizabeth back as a horrific bride. The creature approaches her, thinking that the bride is meant for him, however Victor is not ready to let go of her and a stand-off occurs between The Creature and Victor fighting over her which ends with the bride killing herself by immolation. |
